The Class of 2016

Prologue: You might rightly accuse me of, in George W. Bush's words, "the soft bigotry of low expectations" after reading my basic criteria for the next president.  But, paraphrasing Saul Alinsky, we have to start where the world is, as it is.  And we now have Bush's chronic incompetence as the baseline.
